Why Draw your own Hats?
I hope these pictures speak for themselves! For me, it's about clarity - naming and visualizing a quality you see in yourself or others that you want to embody.
Many thanks to Phoebe Chuang, Erika Toledo, Martha Valenta, Katherine Burns and Viki Samuels for sharing closeups of your sketches from the session!
The Lazy Hat is one of my favorites- it's all about never working harder than your participants!
Martha and others reflected on how they wanted to be clear on a go/no go heuristic. Cancel the event if people haven't done the prework, for example.
I love that someone clearly did some deep thinking on their core facilitation hats, even in the short live session.
What are *your* hats? Give yourself some reflection time to sketch them out.
